These Terms govern your use of listentojesus.live and the related Telegram-based service (the "Service") operated by ELF UNLIMITED LTD, registered in England and Wales (company number 16461751), with its registered office at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ.
By signing up, purchasing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. What the Service is
Listen To Jesus is a digital companion. It delivers daily messages and lets you ask questions through a Telegram bot. The responses are generated by artificial intelligence in a voice inspired by the Gospels. It is not a real person, not a priest, not a counsellor, and not a substitute for medical, mental-health, or spiritual professional advice.
2. Pricing & purchases
- One-time purchase ($17): 30 days of access, including 100 messages within that period. Non-renewing.
- Monthly subscription ($47/month): ongoing access with 500 messages per month. Renews automatically every month until you cancel.
- Extra packages (e.g. additional messages) are available to active subscribers only.
All prices are in US Dollars. Payments are processed by Stripe.
3. Cancellation & refunds
- You can cancel a monthly subscription at any time from the receipt email Stripe sent you, or by writing to [email protected]. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- Under UK consumer law, you would normally have 14 days to withdraw from a digital service. By starting to use the Service immediately upon purchase, you expressly consent to delivery beginning straight away and you acknowledge that the right of withdrawal is therefore lost once delivery has begun.
- If you experience a technical problem that prevents you from using the Service, write to us. We handle refunds case-by-case and will not leave you stuck.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service to harass, threaten, or harm any person.
- Attempt to extract, jailbreak, or misuse the underlying language model.
- Resell, copy, or redistribute the messages without permission.
- Use the Service for unlawful purposes.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these rules. In serious cases, no refund will be given.
5. Disclaimer about content
The messages you receive are generated by AI. They are offered as reflection, not as revelation. They may be wrong, inconsistent, or unhelpful in your particular situation. If you are in crisis or considering harm to yourself or others, please contact local emergency services or a qualified professional immediately.
6. Intellectual property
The site, design, code, and the curated messages we publish in the Journal are owned by ELF UNLIMITED LTD. The conversations you have with the bot are yours; you can keep them, share them, and use them privately.
7. Liability
We work in good faith but the Service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date will reflect the change. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the new Terms.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of England and Wales, unless you are a consumer entitled by your local law to bring a claim in your country of residence.
